Who we are. Seatara is a resort in Koh Phangan, Surat Thani, Thailand. You can contact us at contact@seatara.co or +66 93 136 6382. In this policy, “we” means Seatara.
What we collect. When you send a booking enquiry, we collect the details you enter: your full name, phone number, email address, check-in and check-out dates, number of adults and children, and any special requests. We also record the page you sent the enquiry from.
Why we use it. We use this information only to reply to your enquiry, confirm availability and rates, and arrange your stay. We do not sell your information or use it for unrelated marketing.
Who sees it. Your enquiry is stored on our website and emailed to our team at contact@seatara.co. Our email runs on Google Workspace, and our website is hosted by a third-party hosting provider, so these providers process the data on our behalf. If you choose to message us on WhatsApp, WhatsApp’s own privacy policy applies to that conversation.
How long we keep it. We keep enquiry details for 12 months and then delete them, unless you become a guest and we need the details for your booking records.
Your rights. You can ask us at any time to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you, or to stop using it. Write to contact@seatara.co and we’ll respond within 30 days.
Cookies. Our website may use cookies for basic operation.
Changes. We may update this policy, and the date at the top shows when it last changed.
